We operate a quality system to ISO9000 requirements, installing systems to current European Standards, NACOSS codes of practice.
All Intruder Alarm Systems installed by Custodian receive a Certificate of Status and Competence as required under NACOSS regulations. Your security system may also be subject to inspection by a NACOSS inspector during routine company surveillance visits; these take place every six months to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to you, the customer.
While the core business activity is Intruder Alarms, we can also supply and install a wide range of CCTV equipment and access control systems. We will also inspect any Intruder Alarm System with a view to providing routine and corrective maintenance visits with upgrading as necessary. All quotations are provided free of charge with no obligation.
Custodian employ their own installation and service personnel, you can feel safe in the knowledge that all members of our team that have access to your property have been fully security vetted in accordance with current ACPO Intruder Alarm Policy requirements and NACOSS codes of practice.
We also provide a full 24 hour emergency service to all customers with a current maintenance contract; we will however attend to any system in the event of an emergency subject to our standard call out charges.
